Just thought I would put out the latest market report for Victoria and area. All the experts are predicting we are heading towards a balanced market over the next year with more choices available for buyers and longer times for sales. The spring market is predicted to be good with rising prices but many are calling for a slower fall market with more listings and slower sales. Have a great holiday and a happy new year.
